Diabolical UA Adjunct Professor Arrested On Child Porn Charges
An internationally recognized adjunct professor at the University of Arizona is under arrest on child pornography charges.
Pima County Sheriff's arrested Peter Cotty Thursday. August 23 and seized his computer.
On that computer, images of nude children under the age of 18 engaging in several sexual acts.
The pedophile is also a federal employee with the United States Department of Agriculture working at the UA's School of Plant Sciences.
"The Sheriff's Department takes these crimes absolutely seriously it's a felony in the state of Arizona. Anywhere else in the country to obtain pictures of children under the age of 18," said Deputy Daniel Jelineo.
The
sex criminal is charged with five counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
The University of Arizona released the following:
Peter Cotty is an employee of the USDA—Agricultural Research Service, which has offices and labs on campus, but is not part of the university.
He has a courtesy title of adjunct professor, but he’s not paid and he doesn’t teach class. He has no status as an employee.
We have directed him to not come on campus unless he is directed otherwise by university officials, and to have no contact with anyone at the UA.
