A Lawrenceburg court sentenced a white creature to 85 years in prison for the 2018 rape of his 16-month old son.
Simon Dean Porter will have no chance of parole as he serves his sentence of aggravated rape of a child and aggravated child abuse.
The two charges carry 60 and 25 year sentences for his actions on Nov. 10, 2018.
Judge Stella Hargrove issued the punishment Friday morning in a Lawrence County courtroom.
It reportedly took about 30 minutes for a jury to find the incestuous pedophile guilty during a trial in February.
The inbred, 33 at the time, fled town after telling his wife that he feared he was about to be arrested.
As the child rapist fled from authorities, the child was receiving treatment at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.
Lawrenceburg police said they were notified about the assault by physicians at the medical center.
Lt. Blake Grooms of the Lawrenceburg Police Department said the little boy was hurt “to the point of permanent damage for the rest of his life,” according to Nashville news channel WKRN.
He was placed on the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top 10 Most Wanted List while authorities searched for him.
The TBI was offering a $2,500 reward for information leading to his arrest.
Days later, he was located and captured by law enforcement in Scottsboro, Alabama.
Danielle Bowen, 22, the boy’s mother was also charged with failure to seek medical care for the boy.
″(Assistant District Attorney) Emily Crafton did an outstanding job prosecuting this case,” said Brent Cooper, the district attorney representing Lawrence, Maury, Giles and Wayne counties.
