Pedophile From Texas Kidnapped Brooklyn Teen To Make Child Porn

A transient pervert kidnapped a Brooklyn teen and drove her back to a Texas trailer park in a sick plot to produce child porn, authorities said.
Billy Harmon Dunn Jr. met the 15-year-old online, where he sent explicit messages about what their life would be like as “daddy and daughter” — and coerced her into sending nude photos of herself, according to court documents.
After grooming her online, the complaint shows, the 48-year-old white male originally planned to send the teen bus tickets, but instead rented a car and drove to Park Slope to pick her up himself once he realized she was too young to travel alone without a guardian’s signature.
“When I pull up to your house u need to be ready to go sweetie,” reads a message he sent her on Aug. 27. “We got a long drive ahead of us…write a note to your parents, saying you are choosing to live with you boyfriend and u will be SAFE and loved.”
The pedophile’s account, under the user name daddydrill1982, described himself as a “retired Army, disabled vet” who travels “in my motor home with my little dog.” He also sent the victim a photo of his military identification card, according to court papers, though it was not immediately clear where and when he served.
He also mailed her money so she could buy a cellphone — to send him better-quality photos of herself.
The sex terrorist picked the teen up on Sept. 6, and later in the day her mother reported her as missing to the NYPD. Eight days later, the child e-mailed her mother and told her she wanted to come home, but “could not,” according to court papers.
Authorities traced the email to a location in Kosse, Texas, and she was rescued soon after at the Camp Kosse RV Park, authorities said.
“She seemed okay,” Kosse Police Department Chief Mark Morris, who took part in the arrest, told The Post. “She didn’t appear to be injured or anything like that.”
Morris said that the sex criminal didn’t fight, and simply opened the door and called the girl outside. Originally from Oklahoma, he’d had no prior contact with the Kosse Police Department.
“There were no problems in the arrest,” the chief said.
The child rapist told arresting officers he thought she was 16 — even though the age of consent in Texas is 17 — and admitted to renting a car and driving to Brooklyn to pick her up.
During a subsequent search of the trailer, law enforcement found images of the child engaged in sexually explicit acts, court papers say.
The sex monster had lived at the RV Park for a month or so before the incident, Morris said.
“What he told me was this RV Park would allow him to stay longer than most other camper spots — 45 days as opposed to 30 or something,” the police chief added.
A woman who answered the phone at the Camp Kosse RV Park declined to answer questions, repeatedly insisting “I have no information at all.”
The child molester is charged with transporting a minor across state lines to engage in illegal sexual activity. He was arraigned Thursday in a Texas courthouse and is awaiting extradition to Brooklyn.
“We stand firm in our commitment to stop online predators from exploiting children,” US Attorney Richard Donoghue said in a statement. “I commend the dedicated members of law enforcement who quickly collaborated across the country to locate the victim and apprehend the defendant.”
The pedophile faces up to life behind bars if convicted.
