Ruthless Pedophile Sentenced To Four Decades In Prison For Child Molestation
A Tulare County sex criminal will serve four decades in state prison for molesting a girl for more than five years.
Tulare County Judge Brett Alldredge sentenced Roger Hepner, 38 of Strathmore, to 48 years in prison for child molestation.
The ruthless child rapist has been in a Tulare County jail for more than a year, awaiting trial and sentencing.
In addition to prison, the terrorist will be required to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life.
On Oct. 16, the monster pleaded no contest to four counts of forcible sexual penetration of a child under the age of 14.
Each count is a felony and considered a strike offense.
The crimes occurred between January 2012 and January 2017, against one girl, according to prosecutors. The victim was between the ages of 9 and 13 at the time of the sexual assaults.
The victim's relationship to the child molester wasn't released by prosecutors.
The diabolical beast was booked into Tulare County Pretrial Facility in July 2017, where he remains. He will soon be transferred to a California prison to serve out his sentence.
The case was prosecuted by Deputy District Attorney Chelsea Wayt of the Crimes against Children Division and investigated by Detective Sara Olmos of the Tulare County Sheriff’s Department.
