White Brute Charged With Attempting To Pay For Sex With 9-Year-Old

A 24-year-old Stanley pedophile is charged with attempting to pay a woman to have sex with her 9-year-old daughter.
Thomas Josiah Foster is charged in Burleigh County District Court with patronizing a minor for commercial sexual activity, a Class A felony.
Court records say a woman reported to Bismarck police last month that a brute repeatedly requested through text messages to involve her daughter in sexual activity. The woman gave law enforcement permission to use her phone to communicate with the child rapist.
The sex terrorist, thinking he was messaging the mother, agreed to pay $300 to the woman if she transported the girl for sex. He also offered money for naked photos of the girl.
Investigators identified the diabolical beast as Foster. The woman said she had met the savage twice over the course of two years.
The child molester is being held in the Burleigh Morton County Detention Center in lieu of $150,000 cash bond. He did not have an attorney listed in court records.
