A 32-year-old Burlington County white male repeatedly exposed himself to children passing by his home, according to authorities.

Christopher J. Atkins, of Medford, also faces charges of possession of child pornography, Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Medford Township Police Chief Richard J. Meder announced.

The sex terrorist stood partially or fully nude near a window or inside of the front door of his house while children passed by outside multiple times between September and November 2018, authorities said.

Authorities conducted two separate investigations of this diabolical white savage, which began when the Burlington County Prosecutor's Office received information regarding Atkins' online activity from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, police said.

Police said the investigation into the possession of child pornography revealed that the homosexual/pedophile used a visual search engine to locate and download images of child pornography.

Atkins was arrested on Monday following the execution of a search warrant at his home. Detectives said they seized several electronic devices during the search, and that a preliminary investigation revealed that those devices included multiple files of child pornography.

He was charged with one count of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child for possessing child pornography, and nine counts of third-degree endangering the welfare of a child and fourth-degree lewdness for exposing himself.

Atkins was released following a first appearance in Superior Court in Mount Holly. He was ordered to have no contact with the victims or other minors, and forbidden to use the internet or social media. The case will now be prepared for presentation to a Burlington County Grand Jury for possible indictment.

The child pornography investigation was conducted by the BCPO High-Tech Crimes Unit, with assistance from United States Homeland Security Investigations – Cherry Hill Office, and the New Jersey State Police Digital Technology Investigations Unit. The lead investigator is BCPO Detective Jennifer Applemann.

The Prosecutor's Office High-Tech Crimes Unit is a member of the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force and the New Jersey State Police Cyber Terrorism Task Force.

The exposure investigation was conducted by detectives from the Medford Township Police Department.
