White Male From Salt Lake County Arrested For Crimes Involving Children
A Salt Lake County white male was arrested on suspicion of 15 sex crimes involving children after a report was filed to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
Derek Voy Taylor was arrested and interviewed then admitted to police he downloaded numerous child pornography photos and videos found on his phone and computer and admitted to touching two children sexually and taking pornographic images of one. The diabolical white brute was in a position of trust over both children, ages 8 and 6 when the sex abuse occurred.
In an affidavit of probable cause it was requested the pedophile not be allowed bail because the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force believes he is a danger to society. Documents state he was arrested on three counts of aggravated sexual abuse of a child, 11 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor and one count of lewdness involving a child. All are felonies except the misdemeanor count of lewdness. The court document was filed in 3rd District Court.
"The current offense is a felony. There is substantial evidence to support the charge, and through clear and convincing evidence that ? (presumably Taylor) would constitute a substantial danger to any another individual or to the community, or is likely to flee the jurisdiction of the court if released on bail," the document states.
The case against the child molester started when an electronic service provider filed a report with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, stating that a subscriber uploaded hundreds of files of child pornography. A search warrant was served at Taylor's residence and after he was informed of his rights he admitted to owning the account used to download the files.
The court documents defined the files discovered as videos and photos of infants and children being sexual abused, including "torture of children." The document contained more graphic descriptions KUTV chooses not to include, including abuse of a 6-month-old boy. "This file is representative of hundreds of files located in the ... account," the document states.
The sex terrorist said he used the electronic account to access and view child porn and said he was attracted to children. Files were located on a phone and hard drive that he admitted to owning and he said he knew there was child pornography on them.
According to the documents, he touched the children, a boy and a girl, and took one photograph of one of the children's genitals.
'Due to the details of the investigation outlined above, the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force believes TAYLOR is a danger to society and requests that no bail be granted for TAYLOR," documents state.
This white devil has been booked into the Salt Lake County Jail.
