White Male Sentenced To Max Of 280 Years In Prison For Raping A Child
A former resident of Henderson Township a few weeks ago to serve 140 to 280 years in prison for sexually abusing a young child, according to Jefferson County District Attorney Jeff Burkett.
Authorities say now 45-year-old Enos Hershberger was convicted in May of sexually assaulting a young Amish girl, who is now an adult, over a four-year period.
The evil white pedophile was found guilty on 169 total counts of various charges, including rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, sexual assault, aggravated indecent assault and incest.
"I am very pleased with this sentence," stated Burkett. "Our victim had to endure years of awful sexual abuse at the hands of this man. She received no support from her family or her community throughout this process, but the power of truth overcame all of this. Justice was done and this man will not be able to do this ever again."
