White Males Plead Guilty To Sexually Abusing Children Sharing Bestiality And Creating Child Porn
Updated: Apr 8, 2019

Seven white brutes from Central and western Ohio, who reportedly met each other online to pursue disturbing sexual fantasies, have pleaded guilty to federal charges related to the sexual abuse of two 10-year-old girls, and creating child pornography.
The investigation began with William Weekley of Newark, who authorities say was communicating online with an undercover officer. That's when they say they discovered Weekley was communicating with other white men he'd initially met on Craigslist who shared sexual interest in minors, incest, bestiality and child pornography.
Weekley had regular access to one of the young victims, and authorities say he would sexually abuse her and then share the images and videos with the other men.
Six of the men were arrested and charged with multiple crimes in August 2018:
William G. Weekley, 34, of NewarkTimothy F. Sullivan, 50, of Canal WinchesterFranklin Eugene Perry, 63, of ColumbusBrian S. Perkins, 42, of Mt. VernonGrant Michalski, 29, of ColumbusEric Zevely, 34, of Columbus
Authorities say Weekley was initially arrested in January, 2018 and then they continued their investigation. In a separate case that came from the investigation, Jordan Makowski, 33, of Greenville, Ohio was indicted on federal charges of distributing and receiving child pornography.
Investigators say the group of men were communicating through encrypted apps that make it harder for law enforcement to track, sharing images and videos. A conversation found on Weekley's phone between him and Sullivan showed their contact was started when Weekley responded to an online classified ad titled "I AM LOOKING TO PRIVATELY MEET AN INCEST FAMILY. Mom son brother sister." They also say messages show Weekley and Michalski chatted through Craigslist about their interests in sexual topics like "family" ad "K9 and more".
Weekley and Perry discussed sexually abusing the 10-year-old victim together and made plans for Perry to join in the abuse, according to authorities. They say the two did eventually carry out those plans. Likewise, Perkins and Sullivan asked in their communications for Weekley to bring the little girl to meet them so they could sexually abuse her. Investigators say it's not believed that actually happened.
Investigators say they found Zevely through his communication with Weekley, but then discovered he had thousands of communications with other individuals in response to Craigslist ads and was sexually abusing a different 10-year-old victim. Authorities say he also began communicating with undercover federal officers about sexually abusing minors.
Weekley pleaded guilty on April 4, 2019 to three counts of production of child pornography (15 to 30 years in prison), one count of attempted coercion of a minor (10 years to life in prison) and two counts of distributing child pornography (five to 20 years in prison).
Sullivan pleaded guilty on April 2, 2019 to attempted coercion or enticement of a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity (10 years to life in prison).
Perry pleaded guilty in January 2019 to coercion or enticement of a minor to engage in illegal sexual activity (10 years to life in prison).
Perkins, Zevely and Michalski all pleaded guilty in November 2018. Perkins and Michalski pleaded guilty to receipt of child pornography (five to 20 years in prison), and Zevely pleaded guilty to producing child pornography (15 to 30 years in prison).
Makowski pleaded guilty in February 2019 to distributing child pornography (five to 20 years in prison).
