White Pennsylvania Judge Accused Of Sexually Assaulting A 12-Year-Old Boy
A white porn-addicted Pennsylvania judge is accused of sexually assaulting a 12-year-old boy at his home – and may have victimized other kids, authorities said.
Perry County District Judge Michael Schechterly, 58, of Newport, was charged Monday with unlawful contact with children and other counts following a state police investigation that found he sexually assaulted the boy at his home in 2012, Pennsylvania Attorney General Josh Shapiro said.
A witness also told investigators that Schechterly touched himself inappropriately in the presence of the child on another occasion, authorities said.
“Serious allegations show this judge violated the trust that the citizens of Perry County placed in him by sexually abusing a little boy,” Shapiro said in a statement. “There may be other victims.”
An investigation was launched into this white faggot, who was elected in 2011, after residents voiced concerns regarding his contact with children through a program at his church called the “Royal Rangers,” in which he served as “Commander Mike,” Shapiro said.
Witnesses told state police the homosexual/pedophile regularly took children into his district court and his home, authorities said.
During an interview with investigators, the diabolical cock sucker also discussed his “porn addiction” and his habit of masturbating several times a day, including at his district court office, an affidavit of probable cause shows.
“When [questioned] regarding stains on surfaces in the district court, he indicated those stains would likely be his semen,” the affidavit states. “In the course of this conversation, Schechterly admitted that as an adolescent he was sexually attracted to boys.”
The evil judge initially claimed that the boy took his hand and put it on the child’s crotch before changing his version of events to say the 12-year-old took his own hand and put it on Schechterly’s genitals, the affidavit states.
The nasty pederast was also charged with corruption of minors and indecent assault. He remained in custody Tuesday at the Cumberland County Prison after being denied bail Monday, an online docket shows. He’s due back in court for a preliminary hearing on Nov. 23.
Shapiro is now asking anyone with additional information about the pale faggot to call Pennsylvania State Police at (717) 881-6937.
“We will hold the powerful and well-connected accountable to law just like everyone else,” Shapiro said. “My office will investigate and prosecute anyone who abuses their authority to harm Pennsylvanians, no matter what position of power they may hold.”
