A former high school teacher in Montreal faces at least a year in prison for having sexually explicit discussions with former students and sending them videos of his penis. Francis Faille wanted to “party” with one of his victims and said he was ready to go “so far” in sexual matters.
The 46-year-old pedophile pleaded guilty to two counts of computer luring a minor and making sexually explicit material available to a child in recent weeks at the Montreal courthouse.
The sex terrorist was a history teacher from 2006 to 2017 at Édouard-Montpetit high school, in the borough of Mercier – Hochelaga-Maisonneuve. He taught in particular in programs adapted to young people with learning disabilities.
In the summer of 2017, he made friend requests to former students on Facebook. He then begins to chat on Messenger with a 16-year-old girl. The teacher regularly talks about sex, alcohol and drug use in their conversations.
One evening, around 10:30 p.m., the depraved white savage suggested that the victim “party” at home by drinking beer and smoking joints. “He said that he's open-minded and to have already experienced with transsexuals, that he's always horny and proposes to perform on camera ”, said Mr.e Charles Benmouyal, the defense lawyer, to the court, summarizing the admitted facts.
“Speaking of sexual learning, the accused says he is ready to please a beautiful little cutie by referring to [lthe victim]. He added to be ready to go so far and show her a lot of stuff, ”added the lawyer.
The sex bandit tried to contact the victim by video, but she refuses. The accused then sent her a video of his erect penis. The victim ends the conversation. Later, the pedophile told the victim that his behavior was “completely inappropriate”. The teenager files a complaint with the police.
During the same period, the sex devil talks with a 15-year-old former student. Virtual conversations found by the police show that the accused showed his genitals to the victim on the app Skype. This corresponds to the count of transmitting or distributing sexually explicit material to a minor.
According to his lawyer, the sex criminal was under the influence of cocaine at the time. Since his arrest three years ago, he has lost his job and has taken it upon himself to tackle his alcohol and drug addiction. He also pleads guilty by insisting on his “aversion to seeing the two victims testify”, indicated Me Benmouyal.
A pre-sentence report must be prepared for the sentencing observations. The case will return to court next month before Judge Sylvie Durand. Me Jérôme Laflamme represents the public prosecutor.
