Youth Coach Accused Of Exposing Himself To 5-Year-Old Girl In Loveland
A Symmes Township man is accused of exposing himself to a 5-year-old girl in Loveland. Brandon Montoya faces public indecency and criminal child enticement charges.
The sex terrorist was also a volunteer football coach at a combined St. Columban/St. Margaret of York team, according to the Archdiocese of Cincinnati. Both schools are in Loveland.
Police say the white pedophile was parked in the parking lot of the Westover Village Apartments on Jan. 23. He then called the girl over to the driver's side door to show her something. Police say he exposed himself to her while masturbating.
Video from a nearby home showed a Nissan Maxima with mismatched wheels. Police tracked down the car and Montoya.
Dennis Shawn Rae, chief of police with the Loveland Police Department, said in the video, you could see “the suspect's vehicle driving to and then driving away from the scene. But the suspect's vehicle had two different and very unique rims on the left side of the car, which provided us some information to be able to identify that specific vehicle.”
Police said the pedophile admitted he drove the car to the parking lot but only to "eat a cheeseburger," according to court papers.
Loveland Police say they were able to link Montoya to a similar case in 2016 where they had not identified a suspect.
